Oh my goodness. Saffron Pig Paella serves the most delicious, authentic paella ever. I actually had this at my own wedding, so I am maybe a little biased, but it is absolutely amazing! Chef JJ traveled around the world while building her catering business, and really knows how to make some yummy Spanish food (trust me on this, I’ve been to Spain and had the real thing-hers is better!). Also, her catering is really affordable. We were searching everywhere because catering is so expensive, and Saffron Pig Paella came out to less than Chipotle (and Saffron Pig is way better). Score!
